Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via live chat, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, using your excellent written communication skills to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Utilizing your problem-solving abilities to resolve complex customer issues, working closely with other teams to ensure seamless resolution
  • Managing multiple live chat sessions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet customer needs
  • Collaborating with other team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on blithequark's services and products, as well as industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with customers via live chat
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple live chat sessions simultaneously
  • Proficiency with computers and typing, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service
  • Experience in a remote or virtual support role, with a proven ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Familiarity with blithequark's services and products, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
