Job Overview

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, answering questions, scheduling consultations, and providing information on our services. This role offers the flexibility to work from home while supporting our clients in the Central Standard Time (CST) zone. Our company is located in San Antonio, Texas, USA, and we're looking for a skilled and personable individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and friendly manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their queries.

  • Assist customers with questions related to roofing services, warranties, quotes, and scheduling, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring that all interactions are documented and easily accessible.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within set time limits, demonstrating a customer-first attitude and a commitment to resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the construction, roofing, or home services industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

  • Strong communication skills, with a customer-first attitude and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a calm demeanor, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and experience with customer support tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace, ensuring that you can work effectively and efficiently from home.

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of scheduling and CRM software, with experience in using these tools to manage customer interactions and resolve issues.

  • Bilingual abilities, with a preference for Spanish, to support our growing client base in the San Antonio, Texas area.

Work Schedule and Compensation

* This position works Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm CST, with occasional weekend work, to ensure that our clients receive the support they need, when they need it.

  • Competitive compensation package, with a starting rate of $5/hour for the first 90 days, increasing to $7/hour thereafter, to recognize your skills and experience.
