Blithequark is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workflow Systems Analyst to join our Platform Services & Operations group in Core OS. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing essential workflow tooling at scale, enabling teams to deliver high-quality software programs through exceptional engineering experiences, efficient workflows, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop workflow tooling at scale to enable teams to deliver high-quality software programs
• Collaborate with partners across the organization to provide training and support for workflow initiatives
• Analyze complex systems, identify areas for improvement, and develop insights to drive optimization
• Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and track progress toward goals
• Work closely with Data Scientists and Engineers to provide perception and visualization expertise
• Characterize the current state of the workflow, profile complex systems, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations and drive movement plans to achieve desired outcomes

Essential Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst
• Solid working knowledge of Analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive)
• Ability to turn studies into insights, develop key metrics, recommend policy changes, and deliver movement plans to all levels of leadership
• Advanced Tableau developer with expertise in data visualization
• Capable SQL user with experience in aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Software Development Analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software delivery
• Experience in Software Development, including data construct pipelines, merging, checking systems and methods, and code delivery
• Product Ownership experience, with a focus on driving efforts and generating concrete effects through analytics
• Project management experience, with the ability to plan and drive efforts across associate groups toward a unified goal

Education & Experience

• B.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
