About the Team

Our Enterprise Sales team at blithequark is a dynamic group of professionals who embody our values of integrity, innovation, and customer satisfaction. As a key player in our Field Sales organization, you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to making a brighter workday for all. Our Customer Base sales team uses their extensive experience and consultative selling skills to initiate and support sales of blithequark Solutions within our existing customers.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Base Account Executive to join our team. As a key player in our Field Sales organization, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, with a focus on upselling via deal management. You'll perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment. Your goal will be to drive strategic add-on and renewal business of blithequark solutions within Medium Enterprise customers, while coordinating cross-functionally with our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, with a focus on upselling via deal management
  • Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment
  • Drive strategic add-on and renewal business of blithequark solutions within Medium Enterprise customers
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with blithequark's internal teams (pre-sales, digital, value & bid-management, marketing, technical, and sales support)
  • Build relationships with existing customers for add-on or incremental business
  • Develop long-term account strategies with existing customers

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/ or Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position
  • Experience negotiating deals with a variety of C-Suite Executives to close opportunities
  • Experience building relationships with existing customers for add-on or incremental business
  • Experience developing long-term account strategies with existing customers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing longer deal cycles beyond 6 months, with large deal sizes
  • Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry, staying up-to-date with trends and customer needs
  • Experience leveraging and partnering with internal team members on account strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
