About the Role

You'll report to our Merchant Services Manager and be responsible for demonstrating best practices in case and line management, issue resolution, and metrics monitoring. Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach team members to improve their overall performance on key metrics, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, seeking opportunities to grow and learn about the business and identify areas for improvement.

• Identify areas for improvement and implement projects to enhance efficiency and quality, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Respond to and resolve escalated complaints from customers and merchants, providing timely and effective solutions to complex issues.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or related role, preferably in an office environment, with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• A customer-driven mindset, with the ability to work effectively with individuals with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, with the ability to perform data analysis and drive insights to inform business decisions.
