Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing top-notch customer service to patients via phone, email, and web-based interactions
• Managing both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
• Proactively identifying solutions to anticipated customer questions and concerns
• Taking ownership of every issue, from start to finish, or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff as needed for clinical advisement
• Delivering best-in-class service experiences in a fast-paced environment
• Assisting customers with insurance and copay inquiries, as well as shipping needs
• Providing technical support to customers navigating pharmacy.amazon.com
• Serving customers in a timely manner to maximize our relationship with them
• Understanding that each interaction is an opportunity to build a long-term relationship with our customers
• Maintaining adherence to blithequark's Work From Home policy, promoting customer privacy and safety

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
• At least 6 months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools
• Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills
• A strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
• Experience working in a customer service or call center environment
• Experience working in a healthcare environment (desired)
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team member

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we welcome candidates with:

• 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience
• Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
• Experience working in a healthcare environment
• Experience with Amazon Pharmacy or similar healthcare platforms
