Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team in Chantilly, VA. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for dispatching service technicians, answering incoming service calls, resolving customer issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Positions Schedule

As a Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at blithequark, you can expect a flexible schedule that includes:

  • Monday: Work from our Chantilly office from 8AM-5PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
  • Tuesday-Friday: Remote work from home from 8AM-5PM (with a one-hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at blithequark, your primary duties will include:

  • Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing productivity
  • Answering incoming service calls, addressing customer concerns, and adjusting technician schedules as needed
  • Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Investigating customer concerns, routing them to the proper staff, and responding to special requirements
  • Matching the type of service required with availability, location, and duration of service to optimize productivity, profitability, and efficiency
  • Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain our membership base
  • Collaborating with coworkers to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations
  • Educating customers on our Membership benefits to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly
  • The ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
  • Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to think proactively and prioritize tasks effectively

Remote Work Requirements

As a remote employee at blithequark, you will be required to provide:

  • A high-speed internet connection
  • A quiet workspace with minimal background noise

We will provide a laptop and cell phone to support your work from home setup.

Compensation and Benefits
