About the Role

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll be the face of our customer service excellence. You'll work closely with customers, delivery partners, and our warehouse associates to ensure that our customers receive their packages on time and with a smile. This role is more than just resolving issues; it's about creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for every customer who interacts with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Communication: Engage with customers directly in-person, via phone, and through email to understand their needs and concerns.
• Empathy and Prioritization: Demonstrate empathy and prioritize customer issues to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism, setting appropriate expectations and providing accurate information.
• Effective Communication: Craft clear, concise, and grammatically correct written responses to customer inquiries, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Problem-Solving: Approach problems with logic and good judgment, making quick and effective decisions that benefit the customer.
• Flexibility: Work a flexible full-time schedule (40+ hours per week), adapting to changing priorities and demands.

Physical and Environmental Demands

To perform this role effectively, you'll need to be able to:

• Carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds.
• Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours).
• Work in varying environmental conditions, including noise levels and temperatures that may fluctuate due to outside weather conditions.

A Day in the Life

You'll be based at one of our state-of-the-art last-mile delivery warehouses, where you'll be at the heart of blithequark's logistics operations. As orders are dispatched and delivered, you'll work closely with our warehouse associates, delivery partners, and customers to resolve issues and provide guidance. You'll develop a deep understanding of our supply chain and local delivery networks, using this expertise to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
