A Day in the Life: What to Expect

As a Healthcare CSR at blithequark, you'll work a standard 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8 AM and 8 PM EST. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting outbound calls and emails to prospective clients using a provided script to deliver strategic brand messaging
  • Building rapport with gatekeepers and decision-makers to understand their needs and promote our client's products
  • Maintaining accurate records of calls in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Identifying and nurturing potential leads in the healthcare industry
  • Overcoming objections and handling rejection in a professional and courteous manner

Do You Have What It Takes?

To succeed as a Healthcare CSR at blithequark, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
  • The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to overcome objections and handle rejection
