About the Role

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs, and delivering exceptional service. This is a remote part-time position requiring 20 hours of work per week from the comfort of your home, within the Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm time frame.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and concerns, providing personalized support and solutions.
  • Fulfill requests and respond to inquiries from internal and external customers via phone, email, or other electronic means in a timely and professional manner.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high satisfaction levels and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage customer portfolios effectively, staying organized to meet customers' time frames and demands.
  • Perform data entry tasks, maintain electronic filing systems, and retrieve documents as needed.
  • Navigate multiple databases with speed and accuracy, ensuring seamless data management.
  • Research, analyze, review, and process legal documents, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
