Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for inputting data from various sources into our databases and systems. Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate data entry, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality, and communicating effectively with team members. This is a part-time role that offers flexible working hours, allowing you to work under 4 hours a day. You will be compensated at a competitive rate of $25 per hour and will have access to a range of benefits, including health insurance, dental coverage, paid training, and paid vacations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Inputting and updating data into company databases with high levels of accuracy
  • Verifying and correcting data entries to maintain data integrity
  • Generating reports as required by management to assist in decision-making
  • Communicating with team members to clarify data discrepancies and resolve issues
  • Following data entry procedures and company policies to ensure compliance

Requirements

  • Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 60 words per minute
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple assignments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working remotely or in virtual teams is preferred
