Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet the established daily quota for processing electronic submissions
  • Compare data with source documents submitted by members, checking for accuracy and ensuring supporting documentation meets specified requirements
  • Handle personal and confidential member information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
  • Accurately document and record member information
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

Skills and Competencies

  • Proficient in PC operations and navigation
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Work Experience

While prior experience is not required, candidates with experience in data entry and customer service are highly preferred.

Work From Home Requirements

As a home-based employee, you will need to meet the following requirements:
