Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet established daily quotas to ensure timely processing of member submissions
  • Perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy, maintaining attention to detail and focus
  • Handle personal and confidential member information in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security
  • Understand and follow specific instructions and procedures, adapting to updates and changes as necessary
  • Accurately document and record member information, maintaining precise records and data

Requirements for Success
