Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Data Entry Coordinator to manage and maintain accurate data records, ensure data integrity, and provide administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency with data entry software, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Entering customer and account data from source documents with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Entering new SKUs and pricing in the system, ensuring data consistency and integrity
  • Verifying the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source material, identifying and correcting errors as needed
  • Uploading documents and backup records in the Salesforce system, maintaining organized and easily accessible files
  • Monitoring aging of accounts receivable, preparing invoices, and facilitating the collection process to ensure timely payment
  • Reconciling Purchase Orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records
  • Conducting a hard count of product labels on a weekly basis, maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Providing administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence in a professional and courteous manner

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access), with the ability to learn new systems and software as needed
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong focus on quality and precision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors
