Job Summary

As a temporary Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the friendly voice that welcomes customers, places orders, and answers questions from the comfort of your Maine home office. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to blithequark customers through phone, email, and chat support

• Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Availability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
• Ability to work on Mondays and Tuesdays, as well as at least one weekend day
• Reliable computer, internet, and webcam with a quiet, dedicated workspace in your Maine home

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or retail environment

• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
• Experience with Microsoft Teams or similar video conferencing platforms
