Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via email, phone, or chat, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing data with accuracy and efficiency, using various software applications, including Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and other data processing tools
  • Conducting simple internet research, gathering information, and compiling findings in a Microsoft Word document or Open Office
  • Maintaining accurate records, updating databases, and ensuring data integrity
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and best practices

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 40 wpm
  • Familiarity with basic computer software applications, including Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and other data processing tools
  • Reliable internet connection and a computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with data entry, customer service, or a related field

  • Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Knowledge of basic data analysis and reporting tools
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
