Ideal candidates will thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous start-up environments.ResponsibilitiesOrganize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily standups, Sprint Planning/Grooming, Sprint Reviews/Demos, and RetrospectivesEnable team to become self-organizing and self-managing to achieve goals through consistent coachingWork with the Product Management team to develop release plans and ensure product backlogs are well-groomed, prioritized and visible to all stakeholdersMotivate teams to perform and ensure team members are collectively responsible for all aspects of the committed work (analysis, development, testing, documentation, etc.)Identify, address, and communicate project risks, dependencies, and team impedimentsAssess the Scrum maturity of the team and coach the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable for the teamCoach a continuous improvement mindset across the organization by building and growing communities of practiceEstablish and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholdersRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree5 year of Agile Scrum Master experienceTeam-player; comfortable working across departments and job levelsGrounded in consumer-centric thinkingCollaborative and goal-focused and sees possibilities vs barriersHigh sense of accountability and strong problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence across the organizationWork at Home/Remote RequirementsMust ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetingsMust provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited).
