Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our office operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily administrative tasks, and supporting our associates in achieving our goals. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our business and our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing office operations and assisting associates in optimizing procedures to achieve better results
  • Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner to ensure seamless communication with our customers and team members
  • Creating and updating records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information to maintain the highest level of data integrity
  • Scheduling and planning meetings and appointments to ensure efficient use of time and resources
  • Monitoring the level of supplies and handling shortages to prevent disruptions to our operations
  • Resolving office-related malfunctions and responding to requests or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Maintaining trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Performing receptionist duties when needed, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors

Preferred Skills

While we're open to training the right candidate, we're looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
  • Knowledge of "back-office" computer systems, including experience with software applications such as MS Office and QuickBooks
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, including printers, scanners, and photocopiers
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures, including data entry, record-keeping, and supply management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and suppliers
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel, with experience in data entry and record-keeping
