Job Summary

As an Amazon Virtual Assistant/Data Entry specialist at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our e-commerce initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include managing product listings on Amazon, entering and processing data accurately, and ensuring compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines. Key Responsibilities

  • Managing Product Listings: Monitor and update Amazon product listings efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines.
  • Data Entry and Processing: Enter and maintain accurate data in various systems, including inventory levels and product descriptions.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner, providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trending products and competitors, providing insights to enhance business performance.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and engage with colleagues and management to share ideas and feedback.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in data analysis and reporting to enhance business performance and provide insights that help drive marketing strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a virtual assistant or data entry specialist, preferably in an e-commerce or online sales environment.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central: Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and online selling processes.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with a high level of organizational skills.
  • Independence and Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a high level of self-motivation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, with basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for online listings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
