About the Role

As a Customer Service Consultant with blithequark's Answer Team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service. Your expertise and dedication will be instrumental in driving client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing, commissions, technical support, and other routine customer service inquiries.
  • Deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial phone call, letter, or email from the client.
  • Develop and maintain technical acumen to effectively address client inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Utilize process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies to enhance client service and resolve complex issues.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive client experience and fostering loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery.

Essential Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong client-facing orientation, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Capability to work from home, with a dedicated workspace and reliable technology infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies.
  • Technical acumen, with the ability to quickly develop expertise in complex systems and technologies.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or insurance industry setting.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
