The Role

As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our policy holders, agents, and funeral homes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information about our products and services
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and respectful manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments to provide expert advice to customers

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish (plus) is a must, as you'll be interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Education: A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer operation skills, including typing (35 wpm), are essential for this role.
  • Software Proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) is necessary for managing customer interactions and data.
  • Attention to Detail: You'll need to pay close attention to detail to ensure accurate records and documentation.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures is crucial in this fast-paced environment.
  • Schedule: Full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:45pm MST. Part-time schedule is open to discussion.
