Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving service inquiries, and providing solutions that meet our clients' needs. You'll work closely with our Customer Service function to analyze client issues, identify potential risks, and develop effective solutions that drive business results. Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating and resolving service inquiries from clients across different platforms
  • Effectively using various computer systems to complete assigned tasks and address account inquiries
  • Developing and maintaining working knowledge of specific groups of blithequark products and services
  • Analyzing and identifying potential risks and developing solutions that meet client needs
  • Completing assigned tasks in an accurate and efficient manner
  • Solving disputes and retaining clients, while minimizing operating loss, through adherence to established rules and regulations
  • Providing exceptional customer experiences that meet or exceed client expectations

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-4 years' work experience in a related role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems
  • Demonstrated experience solving customer service inquiries
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent technical and data entry skills, including the utilization of a 10-key touchpad
  • Proven ability to navigate multiple systems and customer service platforms concurrently

Education

* High School diploma or equivalent
