About Our Caremark Member Operations Division

Our Caremark Member Operations division is seeking hundreds of Customer Care Representatives to join our team! As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. You'll have the opportunity to work from home, enjoy a flexible schedule, and balance your priorities while making a positive impact on people's lives.

Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark's Caremark Member Operations division, you will assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. You'll have the chance to service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to plan members, responding to inbound calls and inquiries regarding pharmacy benefit plans
  • Assist members with prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions, ensuring they understand their coverage and options
  • Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional results
  • Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements, maintaining confidentiality and data security

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • At least 6 months of health care experience

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive pay rate starting at $17.50 per hour, with a pay range of $17.00 - $28.45 per hour. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
