Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service with the aim of achieving the best resolution for the customer. If you're a gifted communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, a patient and empathetic approach, and a strong analytical mindset, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions via inbound calls, ensuring a high level of service and resolution
  • Provide personalized support and advice to customers, tailoring your approach to their needs and requests
  • Utilize your analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal teams
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Native or near-native level of Spanish fluency (communication level)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and compassionate approach
  • Patient, empathetic, and eager to help
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills
