Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Success Manager to join our team at blithequark in San Francisco, California. Description

As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients.
  • Understanding clients' business goals and ensuring our solutions meet their needs.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to address clients' concerns and provide timely solutions.
  • Monitoring customer health metrics and proactively addressing potential issues.
  • Delivering regular reports on account status and customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. * Proficiency in CRM software (blithequark experience is a plus). * Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude.
