Job Description

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately inputting data into company databases and systems, verifying and correcting data where necessary, and maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information. You will also assist in the development and implementation of data entry processes and guidelines, generate reports, and perform data analysis as required. Your ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate data management will be essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

* Accurately input data into company databases and systems

  • Verify and correct data where necessary
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data entry processes and guidelines
  • Generate reports and perform data analysis as required
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate data management
  • Participate in data quality control and process improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures related to data management
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders

Requirements

* Proven experience as a data entry specialist or in a similar role

  • Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy (at least 60 words per minute)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
