Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while providing top-notch service to our clients. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints by identifying problems, troubleshooting, and providing solutions
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Providing information about blithequark products and services to potential and existing customers
  • Assisting customers with tracking shipments, scheduling pickups, and processing returns
  • Continuously updating knowledge of company products, services, and policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
  • Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficient in computer applications and customer management systems
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
