WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Post-Production Operations Manager to be the backbone of our internal brand marketing studio’s post-production function. You thrive at the intersection of creative excellence and operational precision, ensuring that every asset from large-scale campaign deliverables to e-commerce PDP imagery is delivered flawlessly, on time, on brand to the exacting specifications of our playbooks. You are both strategic and hands-on: able to build processes that scale, while also diving into the details of quality control, metadata tagging, version control, and project tracking. You take pride in building bridges across teams, creating clarity out of complexity, and ensuring that post-production pipelines run smoothly from intake through delivery. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the craft of still and motion post-production, but also energized by the workflows, processes, tools, systems, and collaboration that make that possible. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON In this role, you’ll oversee a small team of digital asset coordinators and post producers, ensuring operational efficiency and creative quality across content types & deliverables. You will manage and implement asset organization systems, schedules, quality control playbooks, and be a direct partner to the Video and Stills Post-Production managers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Campaign Post-Production Oversight: Manage end-to-end post workflows for integrated campaigns across video and still media types.
  • E-commerce Asset Quality Control: Oversee QC processes for PDP stills and video to ensure brand consistency, technical accuracy, and market readiness.
  • Digital Asset Management: Coordinate intake, tagging, and distribution of assets across internal systems, maintaining strict standards for metadata and file naming.
  • Project Organization: Maintain & govern orderly file structures, project documentation, and workflow visibility across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Schedule Tracking: Develop and maintain detailed post-production project schedules, tracking deliverables across internal teams and external partners.
  • Operational Standards: Establish and enforce scalable processes, templates, and best practices for post-production workflows.
  • Financial & Resource Support: Support actuals reconciliation, track post-production budgets, and flag resourcing needs proactively.
  • Cross-Team Support: Act as the central operational thread across stills and motion post teams, ensuring alignment and efficient handoffs.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH As the Post-Production Operations Manager, you’ll interface daily with a wide range of collaborators:

  • Creative Teams: Ensuring that the final assets uphold the intended vision while meeting technical specs and deadlines.
  • Production & Imaging: Partnering on workflow planning, resourcing, and execution across video and photo deliverables.
  • Business Stakeholders: Ensuring readiness targets and asset hand off requirements are met.
  • Technology Teams: Collaborating on asset management, DAM and workflow automation systems.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Proven experience in post-production management across stills and video (agency, brand studio, or production environment).
  • Strong understanding of post-production workflows (editing, retouching, color, motion graphics, finishing, QC).
  • Expertise in asset management systems, metadata tagging, and file naming standards.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
  • Expert communication skills, with a knack for bridging creative and operational perspectives.
  • Experience building and scaling workflows that balance efficiency with creative quality.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset; you anticipate challenges before they arise.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, PDP workflows, and campaign-level marketing assets is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.

We offer a number of accommodations to complete our interview process including screen readers, sign language interpreters, accessible and single location for in-person interviews, closed captioning, and other reasonable modifications as needed.
