About the Role

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Online 1:1 K-5 Instructors to join our team of educators. As an instructor with us, you will have the opportunity to create meaningful relationships with your students, prioritize social-emotional learning alongside academic achievement, and contribute to a holistic approach to education. We are particularly interested in hiring instructors with experience in supporting students with learning differences, such as ADHD, dyslexia, and Autism.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 instruction to students in grades K-5, tailoring your teaching to each student's individual needs and learning style
• Utilize online teaching tools, including Zoom, to deliver high-quality instruction and engage with students remotely
• Collaborate with our team of educators to share best practices, receive support, and contribute to the development of our educational programs
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date on best practices in education

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of the following qualifications and skills:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, special education, or a related field
• A minimum of one year of instructional experience, preferably in a 1:1 or small group setting
• Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues
• Confidence in using online teaching tools, including Zoom, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Teaching credentials are a bonus, but not required
• Experience working with students with learning differences, such as ADHD, dyslexia, and Autism, is highly desirable
