Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and lead guided group stretching classes for up to 6 clients, ensuring a personalized and effective stretching experience.
- Motivate and encourage clients throughout their stretching sessions, helping them achieve their flexibility and wellness goals.
- Build and maintain a strong client base through sales, outreach, and exceptional client care, contributing to the growth and success of the studio.
- Ensure client safety by adhering to proper stretch techniques and enforcing StretchLab's policies and safety rules.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client notes, and manage client scheduling to ensure a seamless experience.
- Participate in staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay updated on the latest techniques and best practices.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and welcoming studio environment, including cleaning and maintaining equipment.
- Engage with clients through social media to foster a sense of community and promote client membership and retention.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed as a Flexologist at StretchLab, you should possess:
- A background in a related field such as Massage Therapy, Personal Training, Physical Therapy, or Pilates/Yoga instruction.
- A fitness certification and a passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients of all backgrounds.
- A professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies.
- The ability to commit to our comprehensive 3-day Flexologist Training Program, which includes both online tutorials and in-person training.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, previous experience in a boutique fitness environment and a strong understanding of flexibility and mobility training will be considered a plus.
