What’s a typical day as Remote Bilingual Tax Software Support? You’ll be:
- Guide tax preparers using top-tier tax software.
- Assist with tax return questions, including form input and moderate to complex calculations.
- Provide support via phone, email, and chat for system/content issues.
- Identify, resolve, or escalate issues as needed and document interactions.
- Maintain product and customer data confidentiality.
- Document resolutions for recurring inquiries.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Familiarity with CCH tax and accounting software
- HS completed
- Experience in a customer support or help desk role
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime when necessary
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Please note that this Remote Bilingual Tax Software Support role may require evening and weekend availability during peak seasons to meet objectives.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Salary compensation:
- Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
- Training is paid and scheduled from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time for 3 to 4 weeks.
- After training, your shifts may fall between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern Time, with occasional weekend assignments.
