  • Organizing and retrieving products for shipment or storage, adhering to customer orders and specifications to ensure precise outgoing shipments.
  • Scrutinizing product quality, labeling, and quantities against customer orders to ensure precise outgoing shipments and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring and replacing equipment batteries or LP tanks, overseeing power supply as needed for continuous operations and minimizing downtime.
  • Identifying and documenting discrepancies such as unavailable products or overages, managing OS&D (Over, Short, and Damaged) items accordingly to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the facility and equipment, conducting daily inspections to uphold safety and operational standards and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Supporting physical inventory processes, participating in cycle counts and audits as required to maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.

What We Seek in a Logistics Coordinator

  • Preferably 6-12 months of previous warehouse experience, providing you with a solid understanding of logistics operations and the skills to hit the ground running.
