- 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
- Must have at least 24 months of Physical Therapy experience within the past 3 years.
- Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
- Candidates must have a license (required after submission).
- This role will require floating to multiple units
- Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates cannot live in the following states: Arizona.
- Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
- No background hits.
- No License hits.
- No travel pairs or trios.
- No scheduling requests (weekends only, block scheduling, etc).
- Banner will not approve RTO within the first week.
