About the role

Cloudera is seeking a Professional Services Enablement Manager to drive the strategy and execution of technical enablement across our global Professional Services & Training (PS&T) organization. This role ensures that our consultants are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to deliver complex, enterprise-grade AI and data solutions to customers – consistently and at scale.

In this role, you will drive our PS&T enablement strategy, sourcing and curating technical training content, tracking certification progress, and fostering a strong culture of knowledge sharing. You’ll also champion the use of AI tools and modern learning platforms to scale enablement efficiently across geographies.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal PS leaders, field enablement teams, and product experts to ensure alignment between our enablement initiatives and the evolving demands of our platform, customers, and delivery teams.

As the enablement manager, you will:

• Drive the Services Enablement Strategy – Lead a unified enablement strategy aligned with business priorities, collaborating with regional teams (AMER, EMEA, APAC) to tailor programs to local delivery needs.

• Curate and Facilitate Technical Enablement – Source, organize, and manage technical enablement content and certifications. Track adoption and completion.

• Leverage AI to Scale Learning – Apply and promote AI tools to streamline learning delivery and accelerate knowledge discovery and skill development at scale.

• Run Knowledge Transfer Programs – Coordinate regular global KT sessions on product features, implementation best practices, and project methodologies. Partnering with our team of expert consultants and architects on content.

• Foster a Culture of Learning & Sharing – Champion knowledge sharing across the global PS&T team by spotlighting key learnings, surfacing field best practices, and amplifying insights from projects, products, and peers.

• Support Delivery Readiness & Knowledge Management – Equip consultants for delivery success by helping structure and scale access to reusable assets, best practices, and internal knowledge systems.

• Partner with Field Enablement Teams – Coordinate with Cloudera’s broader Field Enablement teams to ensure cross-functional alignment between Professional Services, Solution Engineering, and Sales teams.

We are excited if you have:

• 8-10+ years of experience in technical enablement, professional services, or consulting organizations, with a track record of building impactful programs for technical teams

• Experience curating or managing training programs, certification tracks, or knowledge management

• Passion for using modern tools (including AI) to simplify and scale enablement efforts across global teams

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

• A growth mindset with the ability to drive learning culture across distributed, technical teams

• Familiarity with consultant roles and the dynamics of PS delivery teams, including project readiness requirements and customer success drivers

• General understanding of enterprise data platforms, cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure), or AI/ML technologies

• Four-year degree (Bachelor’s) from an accredited university required 

You may also have:

• A curiosity for emerging AI tools and a habit of experimenting with new technologies to enhance learning, productivity, and knowledge sharing within technical teams.

• Experience contributing to global enablement programs spanning multiple time zones and regions

• Experience in consulting or technical delivery for a Services organization, with insight into how enablement supports real-world project success.

• Experience working with Cloudera or similar data platforms
