Job Overview

The primary role of the Member Contact Center Representative 1 is to provide exemplary service to our members through various channels, including phone, email, web channels, mail, and facsimile. As a key member of our call center team, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of member inquiries, processing transactions, and providing basic online banking support. Key Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and timely service to members via phone, mail, facsimile, and other applicable channels, ensuring quality and accuracy in all interactions.
• Consult with members to identify their needs, offer solutions, and follow up on pending transactions, engaging in conversations that matter and building strong relationships.
• Recommend ancillary products and services to members, as appropriate, based on their individual needs and preferences.
• Perform various account maintenance tasks, including changes of address, name changes, adding/updating account setup, and closing accounts.
• Identify and report any suspicious behavior or suspected fraud activity, ensuring the security and integrity of member information.
• Complete all required training and compliance modules, staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements.
• Treat all coworkers and members with respect, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Support and participate in continuous improvement activities, contributing to the growth and development of our call center team.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 1 year of retail experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding service and sales goals.

• Nevada: $16.31 - $24.47
• Southern California: $20.00 - $29.17
• Texas: $15.32 - $22.99

• Wyoming: $15.40 - $23.10
