Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns that inform business strategy and drive decision-making.
• Develop and maintain strategic reports, dashboards, and metrics to support business leaders in making informed decisions.
• Write SQL queries to build datasets in support of dashboards and ad-hoc analysis.
• Ensure data integrity, data cleanliness, and data maintenance by researching, identifying, and organizing data from various sources.
• Develop solutions to address underlying drivers of data issues and enable effective data-driven decision-making.
• Present business reviews to senior stakeholders on progress and barriers.
• Analyze historical data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain new and existing artifacts focused on analysis of requirements, metrics, and reporting dashboards.
• Collaborate with operations and business teams to counsel, develop, and implement metrics, automated reporting/process solutions, and process improvements to address business needs.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of experience in a business analyst, finance, or a related analytical field.
• 2+ years of experience with Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• 2+ years of business or financial analysis experience.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Additionally, having the following qualifications will be a plus:

• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
