Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through active listening, empathy, and effective problem-solving. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and needs
- Upselling products and features while emphasizing benefits and value
- Demonstrating excellent soft skills to provide a best-in-class customer service experience
- Providing information about current plans and products, and identifying new solutions that align with customer needs
- Navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps (no satellite connections)
- A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
- 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
- Quiet, secure workspace with minimal distractions

- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
- Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
- Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment with open availability (evenings/weekends required)
