As a Talent Relations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Original Content Talent Relations team in managing athlete, celebrity, and other talent needs.

About the Role

The Talent Relations Coordinator is a remote position that requires a high level of administrative support, long-term planning, and relationship-building. You will work closely with our Sr. Talent Director, Director, and Manager to provide timely, organized, and thorough data, processes, and records management. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in talent relations, event planning, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize travel arrangements and create specialty itineraries for talent, including athletes, celebrities, directors, and producers.
  • Track and troubleshoot all talent travel arrangements, managing travel-related budget items and providing concierge care and attention to talent when required onsite.
  • Curate and manage invites and RSVPs for premiere events, ensuring seamless execution and high-profile guest experiences.
  • Create and submit regular status reports for various stakeholders, maintaining transparency and communication across teams.
  • Develop and cultivate solid internal relationships across job functions, participating in meetings and taking notes to understand short and long-term projects and company priorities.
  • Remain accessible and flexible, often working non-traditional days/hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Develop and maintain talent databases and calendars, researching and staying up-to-date on media industry trends, breaking news, and influencers.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with talent, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and MS Office Suite, as well as social media platforms.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, with a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to contribute effectively in a team environment, with a strong sports and pop culture knowledge.
  • Ability to react quickly and positively under a wide variety of sensitive and changing production situations.
  • Ability to travel as required, approximately 25-30% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sports media or broadcast industry.
  • Proficient with Concur, a travel management tool.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or related field.

As a Talent Relations Coordinator with Workwarp, you will enjoy a competitive salary, ranging from $49,938 to $77,000 per year, depending on your geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. You will also be eligible for a bonus and/or long-term incentive units as part of our compensation package.
