About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our Executive Vice President (EVP) and provide high-level administrative support, drive business initiatives, and foster collaboration across the organization. As a Virtual Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional administrative support to the EVP, including managing complex calendars, emails, and travel arrangements
• Analyzing business data and communications to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
• Identifying process improvements and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity
• Driving key projects and initiatives, including event planning and execution
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Modeling and promoting Starbucks' Mission and Values, and serving as a trusted advisor to the leadership team

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Moderate administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or executive setting
• Proven experience providing support to C-Suite level executives
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and proactively

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and experience will be considered a plus:

• Experience with virtual event planning and execution
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
