The Services Supply function is in charge of building the best possible selection of services, available anytime, everywhere, with high quality at the right price. As this is a new business, many processes have to be built from the ground up. We need to be nimble and react fast to marketplace changes as well as looking ahead to build the foundation for a potential massive business. We are looking for a dedicated person with strong operational skills, the ability to think strategically and navigate the Airbnb world in an efficient manner in order to manage part of our global portfolio of markets at scale. The Difference You Will Make: As a Supply Operation Manager, you are entrusted with growing a portfolio of markets around the world by focusing on supply acquisition and host success at scale. A Typical Day:

• Growth focus: Analyze your portfolio of cities to identify opportunities and design operational plans to increase GBV
• Analytics: Use SQL and advanced spreadsheet skills to surface insights and build scalable reporting that helps the team track performance and make better decisions.
• Operational excellence: Bring scale to what we do by understanding trade off between globalisation versus localisation of execution
• Strategic Projects: Lead and contribute to initiatives that drive growth and efficiency for Services, balancing near-term problem solving with long-term scaling.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, finance, operations, and business teams to align on priorities and deliver results.
• Innovation & Growth: Take ownership of assigned initiatives—shaping plans, owning outcomes, and identifying the next opportunities to scale.
• Team management: Be a leader for your team, invest in people and raise the quality bar across the board

Your Expertise:

• Experience: 10+ years in strategy, operations, or business leadership roles within high-growth environments. Experience building and scaling new businesses.
• Education: BA/BS required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Analytical: Advanced SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.
• Strategic & Operational: Proven ability to execute complex programs, improve processes, and manage multiple priorities.
• Communication: Strong presentation and storytelling skills; adept at engaging executives and cross-functional partners.
• Collaboration: Track record of aligning diverse teams and fostering accountability and transparency.
• Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working independently in a startup-like environment.
• Mindset: Positive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, with genuine enthusiasm for Airbnb’s mission and community.

Your Location: This role is not eligible for relocation support. This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
