Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting blithequark customers through live chat. Your duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and answering questions in real-time through chat support.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns regarding orders, shipments, returns, and more.
  • Ensuring a positive and seamless shopping experience for blithequark customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and answering questions in real-time.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns regarding orders, shipments, returns, and more.
