Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring timely resolutions and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Provide accurate information regarding shipping rates, returns, and product availability, utilizing our comprehensive knowledge base and resources.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills, escalating complex issues to senior support agents as needed.
  • Log in and out of the chat system at the beginning and end of your scheduled shift, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer support services.

Essential Qualifications

  • Device and technical requirements: A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop), along with a reliable internet connection.
