Key Responsibilities

• Moderate live chats on YouTube, ensuring that all interactions comply with community guidelines and terms of service.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to user inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders from YouTube activation partners to develop and execute joint business plans.
• Train Google stakeholders on the function and working model of partners, and collaborate with sales teams regionally.
• Develop and implement comprehensive outside communication strategies to promote the benefits of partnerships.
• Partner with internal teams to evolve the YouTube activation partner program, including the qualification of new YouTube partners.

Minimal Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in online media, advertising, marketing, or business development.
• Experience in customer relationship management and cross-functional project management.
• Experience in video advertising and marketing.

• Experience handling a large-scale partner or customer relationship in a multi-associate environment.
