Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Scheduling: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (3:00pm-11:30pm), Thursday, Friday (11:00pm-7:30am)
- Answering incoming calls and communicating with clients in a respectful, courteous, empathetic, tactful, and professional manner
- Transferring calls accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers
- Maintaining an above-average attendance record
- Following established standard operating procedures
Qualifications/Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma required
- Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal communication skills (phone etiquette)
- Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, and highly organized
- Ability to work well with medical staff, veterans, and elderly
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience working in a medical facility or with a similar population
- Familiarity with federal regulations and guidelines
- Experience with call center software and technology
