What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Remote Customer Service/Call Center Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Verifying, responding to, and dispatching on emergency signals
- Answering incoming calls and notifying customers of non-emergency signals
- Processing basic data changes to customer accounts
- Handling signals from one location/area and TTY stations
- Working weekend, holiday, and shift hours with possible mandatory overtime
What We Require (Qualifications)
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience or training/certification preferred
- Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication, listening, and decision-making skills
