What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Remote Customer Service/Call Center Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Verifying, responding to, and dispatching on emergency signals
  • Answering incoming calls and notifying customers of non-emergency signals
  • Processing basic data changes to customer accounts
  • Handling signals from one location/area and TTY stations
  • Working weekend, holiday, and shift hours with possible mandatory overtime

What We Require (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • One to three months related experience or training/certification preferred
  • Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication, listening, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and be flexible

  • 0-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Certification in emergency response or dispatch services
