About the Role

We are seeking ambitious and motivated Customer Care Representatives to work in our premier HR contact centers, focusing on delivering exceptional support to clients' employees. As a Work-from-Home Customer Care Representative, you will play a critical role in providing education, solving complex HR and financial issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls from clients' employees to answer questions, provide education, and solve complex HR and financial issues related to their health care benefits, 401k savings and retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll, and more.
  • Process transactions such as health enrollments, tax and direct deposit updates, 401k withdrawals or contributions, and retirement elections, which may include additional research and ongoing casework.
  • Leverage computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems to provide answers and support, including assisting callers in navigating the system.
  • Create and update files in our database and communicate with third parties to research and assist customers with updates or inquiries.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple screens and systems.
  • Empathy and understanding of customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in HR, benefits, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, benefits, or financial services.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $15.5 - $16 per hour, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

Work Schedule:
