As a Customer Support Representative at Blithequark, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring a seamless experience across our brands, including Elo and Luminary Vitamins. The Role – Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences

As a Customer Support Representative at Blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing support via email, live chat, and in-app messaging. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing front-line customer support, focusing on retention and upsell
  • Troubleshooting product or service problems, clarifying customer complaints, and expediting corrections or adjustments
  • Assisting with customer communications, bridging the gap between our internal teams and our customers
  • Recreating and reporting bugs, communicating updates to customers
  • Educating customers on product and service information
  • Managing financial accounts, processing membership adjustments, refunds, discounts, etc.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for new product development
  • Tracking orders and performing quality assurance to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Supporting outreach objectives, special projects, and other duties as assigned

Requirements – What You'll Bring to Blithequark

To succeed as a Customer Support Representative at Blithequark, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma + 3 years of experience in customer service, or a BA degree
  • A customer-first focus with an approachable, helpful personality
  • Familiarity with software such as Zendesk, Stripe, G Suite, Slack, Jira
  • The ability to work on a diverse team or with a diverse range of people
  • Collaborative, empathetic, patient, and a positive attitude
  • Attention to detail and ability to document and track daily activities
  • The ability to type at least 50 words per minute with 90% accuracy
  • The ability to meet and handle at least 25+ inbound live chats and 50+ emails daily
  • Flexibility in work schedule, including the ability to work weekends and holidays
  • A flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
  • An enthusiastic "can do" attitude
  • Relationship building and maintenance skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Additional Remote Requirements

As a remote employee at Blithequark, you'll need:

  • A HIPAA-compliant environment for all daily tasks, emails, and phone calls
  • A dedicated and stable internet connection
  • At least 10 Mbps download speed
  • At least 1 Mbps upload speed

Nice to Haves

While not required, the following experience and skills are highly valued:

  • Prior health tech experience (not required but an interest is required)
  • Prior experience as a remote employee
