• Shifts: 8 hours, 5 days a week
• Compensation: $2,048 per week gross, with $1,434 in wages and $614 in stipend

Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse - Mental Health with Vetted Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our mission to automate recruiting and solve the healthcare shortage. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assessing patient mental health needs and developing individualized care plans
• Providing direct patient care, including medication management and therapy sessions
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participating in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in mental health care

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a focus on mental health care
• Current BLS certification
• National and state certification in mental health nursing (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid RN license in the state of California
• Living 60 miles away from the facility to qualify for the travel rate

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with electronic medical records and mental health software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Familiarity with crisis intervention and management techniques
