Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members by:

  • Providing friendly and efficient support to Netflix members via email, chat, and phone.
  • Assisting members with inquiries related to their accounts, billing, streaming options, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Utilizing blithequark's knowledge base and resources to resolve member issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex member concerns.
  • Staying up-to-date on blithequark's latest offerings, features, and policies to provide accurate information to members.
  • Meeting or exceeding established performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and quality of service.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with members and colleagues.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous customer service experience in a remote or call center environment preferred.
