We are currently seeking self-motivated, professional, upbeat, and friendly individuals to join our high call volume environment. As a 2nd Shift Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from home or on-site in our office in Ocala, Florida. If you enjoy taking inbound or making outbound calls, helping others, and finding solutions, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate conflicts and provide excellent customer service
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
• Ability to pass a post-offer/pre-employment background check

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bilingual or multilingual skills

• Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
• Previous experience in a remote or work-from-home environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
